I have recently received some information from the JoHo Company and noticed your vacancy for sales employe.

I would like to apply for this position (I prefer to work in the farm shop) because I think it's very interesting to
explain to people how to make cheese and to work in sales too.

I am currently working in a supermarket and I think it's vital to be friendly and helpful to customers. I really like to help people with finding the product they need.
In my opinion, these qualities, being friendly and helpful, but also to be very flexible and highly motivated are absolutely vital to the job you're offering. Thanks to my current job, I comply to these equirements.

I am available for 9 weeks between the 3th of July until the 3th of September.

nouja..daarover valt te discussiëren. De een vindt dat storend, de ander zal het worst wezen. Doe wat jezelf goeddunkt.

Even een paar opmerkingen: je maakt alleen gebruik van de aanhef met Mr of Mrs/Ms als je degene, aan wie je schrijft, kent. Verder is het zo dat je in een formele brief geen samentrekkingen als I'm en dergelijke gebruikt. In een informele brief kan dit wel.

Heel erg bedankt allemaal! :)

Het is regel dat de eerste alinea niet met I mag beginnen, voor de rest geld dat het niet storen (vuistregel is geen 3 keer of meer over het algemeen) mag zijn.

Ik leer dat in het engels juíst wél met I begonnen wordt.

Het Grote Orakel Examenbundel Engels VWO 2005-2006 meldt hierover:

"je mag een Engelse brief met 'I' beginnen."
