kan iemand mij helpen die Lies of Silence heeft gelezen?

Ik heb voor Engels Lies of Silence (Brian Moore) gelezen, maar nu kreeg ik als verwerkingsopdracht: vertel iets over de IRA, en was Moira protestants of katholiek? De eerste vraag kan ik wel beantwoorden, maar is Moira nou protestants of katholiek??

Ik denk Katholiek. Ff een stukje uit het boek waaruit ik dit concludeer:

"My Daughter!Sittin' in her house with the IRA pointin' a gun at her head. Before the war, when i was a wee boy, if anyone had told me that, i'd have said you're daft. I mean, back then the IRA was finished, a bunch of dodos that nobody heeded any more. Sure, we had the same Troubles in those days, a Catholic would never get a job if there was a Protestant up for it."

Hartstikke bedankt! Ik probeer hier gewoon wat van te maken! Ik had al een beetje het idee dat ze katholiek zou zijn, anders zou de leraar het waarschijnlijk ook niet vragen. In ieder geval bedankt!
