Geen van beide. Het is "The thought that you’re not mine yet".

Volgens mij kan 'the thought that you’re not yet mine' wel (grammaticaal gezien en in schrijftaal iig), maar het is gebruikelijker om 'the thought that you're not mine yet' te gebruiken.

Ik zou zelf zeggen
'The thought that you're not mine yet'
of
'The thought that you're not yet mine'

Bij de eerste voelt het voor mij alsof je het 'nog niet' benadrukt, bij de laatste voelt het voor mij vooral alsof je het 'niet van mij' benadrukt. Subtiel verschil, imo.
