De dude van social distortion, maar wat vinden we van zijn solo-project?

ik heb er nog niks van gehoord. Shame on me. Er zijn trouwens twee solo platen:

In 1999, Ness released his first solo album, Cheating at Solitaire. Although Social Distortion's music had contained country inflections as far back as Prison Bound, Cheating at Solitaire was an unalloyed expression of Ness's country side. Ness continued in this vein, releasing a compilation of country covers entitled Under the Influences that same year. Both albums came out on TimeBomb Recordings.

ik heb under the inffluences op mijn computer staan maar het eigenlijk nooit echt goed geluisterd

Ik vind het gaaf, maar je moet wel echt van zijn zang houden want het lijkt voor geen meter op Social Distortion. Cheating at Solitaire vind ik een geweldig nr, evenals The Devil in Miss Jones en Don't Think Twice bijvoorbeeld... Under the Influence ben ik de cd van kwijtgeraakt helaas dus ik weet niet meer wat daar precies op staat - voornamelijk covers toch?

k heb de beide albums maar het is geen Social D. natuurlijk
Cheating at solitaire luister ik nog wel eens. Under the influences heeft een te hoog country-gehalte voor mij (hoewel ik funnel of love wel een erg leuk nummer vind)

je zou het origineel eens moeten horen, één van de mooiste nummers ooit.
