This is the story about Francine, who works in a 'hot food cabinet'.
Francine is an exceedingly beautiful woman because there're a lot of man who look at her and try to flick (squeeze) her nipples and pretend to tickle her.
Because she looks different towards her friends wordt ze vaker (gepest) en lastiggevallen door andere mannen, die aan haar zitten.

Francine's mother had never been any help for her, she said that's the way how goes (with adolescents and teenagers).

In the story is also a boy, called Brian.
Brian is a real scruffy kid who's standing every morning near the hot food cabinet from
where he looks inside, to Francine, and laugh at her.

Brian is also a shy boy who not dare to look and talk to Francine.
Later in the story sees Francine, Brian back. (We can see that as she said: It's then… but this time he's taller.

So Francine is a young lady who gets more than her fair share of harrasment and who is sick and tried of it all.

Ik heb erg veel opgemerkt, dus kijk even goed naar de dingen tussen (haakjes). En bedenk dat ik ook niet perfect ben (maar wel heel erg goed :p) en dat niet alles relevant, nuttig of perfect hoeft te zijn. :)

Je zegt 'ze is mooi omdat er mannen zijn die naar haar kijken'. Maar hier twee zinnen van) there're a lot of man (men, meervoud) who look at her and try to flick (idd, squeeze, niet flick) (squeeze) her nipples and pretend to tickle her.
Because she looks different towards her friends (letterlijke vertaling > herschrijf compleet) she is being teased more often. She also is harassed by other men who touch her.
Francine's mother had (tegenwoordige tijd > has) never been any help for her, (breek in twee zinnen) she said that's the way how goes ('hoe het werkt'='how things go') (with adolescents and teenagers).

In the story is also a boy (letterlijke vertaling, in het Engels wordt 'het verhaal heeft ook een jongen, Brian geheten'), called Brian.
Brian is a real scruffy (=slordig, morsig. Is dit wat je wil zeggen?) kid who's standing (geen continuous gebruiken -het is een algemeen iets- > who stands - every morning (eerst plaats, dan tijd) near the hot food cabinet from
where he looks inside (maak dit het begin van een nieuwe zin), to Francine, and laugh ('laughs': he looks and laughs) at her.

Brian is also (onnodig > weghalen) a shy boy who (hier moet je 'does' invullen) not dare to look (maar dat doet hij wel, zeg je net! Verduidelijk) and talk to Francine.

Ik vind het een erg onduidelijke samenvatting. Ik denk dat het belangrijkste in het boek de relatie tussen Francine en Brian is, omdat het boek eindigt (lees ik hieruit) als Francine Brian weer ziet. Probeer daarom de volgende vragen te beantwoorden en in je samenvatting te stoppen:
1) Wat vindt Francine eerst van Brian?
2) Wat vindt Francine van Brian als zij hem terugziet?

(ik heb het boekje niet gelezen, dus deze vragen kunnen irrelevant zijn, maar ik denk dat dit, als ik naar je samenvatting kijk, erg belangrijk is)
