Join .avi files
 

Ik download zo nu en dan eens een film met Azureus, maar die zijn meestal in 2 of 3 stukken geknipt vanwege de grootte. Nu heb ik HJ Joiner of een soortgelijk programma gedownload om ze weer aan elkaar te zetten zodat ik ze met ondertiteling kan kijken. Nu doet het feit zich voor dat als ik de files .001 t/m .003 gejoined heb, dat het resultaat een bestand is met de grootte van .001 t/m .003 bij elkaar opgeteld, maar met de speelduur van bestand .001. Dus een stuk van een uur met de grootte van bijvoorbeeld 2 gb. Kan iemand mij vertellen wat ik fout doe?

Open DivX Operational Player,
1)Add your AVI files (full length) in Operational Wizard.
2)Click "join video fragments" and select your favorite video and audio codecs, quality, size etc.

MPEG files and TMPGEnc program
Joining files is even easier, you could join 50 Mpeg files in a matter of a few minuets. Again choose the video format that you will be joining clips from with the drop-down menu. Just keep adding the files in the order you wish to join the together . If you get the order mixed up you can drag one file above the other.

Finally choose where to save the joined mpegs and press start.

Obviously if two mpeg files are not the same they will not join. You could not, for example, join a 352 x 288 video clip with a 352 x 240 video clip. Neither could you join a video clip of 25fps with one of 29.97 and so on. For re-compression use DivX Operational Player.
