I added GIF support back into the latest version of GD (1.8.3). The patch
is portable, and so should work on all future versions. It's fully
compatibile with the 1.3 version (from where much of the source was
converted), and has all been changed to use the IO Context stuff.

The diff generated patch can be found at

http://www.webofsin.com/gd-1.8.3-gif.patch

Apply it over the source from 1.8.3, and compile.

Bwahaha, denk je dat de meeste mensen hier zelf hun GD compileren? :D

sinds ik linux van mijn pc heb afgegooid omdat ik van dat compileren en installeren daarop niet veel snapte (en gek werd van missende libraries) compileer ik helemaal niets meer :D en zou ook niet weten wat ik met het hier bovengenoemde patch bestand moet

iemand uitleg?

sja je wilt het hebben of nie...simpel...

voor windows bestaan die binaries al nie eens meer volgens mij
