WhenIf they do not take the offer from Microsoft Microsoft's offer, they haven’t will not have the opportunity to compete the competition witch Google because they do not have have not the same capital and talent to develop new features and new good marketing products. It like to seem [seems, appears] that Microsoft would take Yahoo over wants to take over Yahoo to concurrent compete with? other companies with online advertention and other features. To survive, Yahoo will maybe take a partnership with Google or AOL, and when this action is complete this is also will be a great opportunity for Google to become bigger than Microsoft.
According to the latest rumours, Yahoo is trying to become make a deal with News Corp. The company will investate money in Yahoo and would link Myspace and Americanidol.com to Yahoo, to raise their online advertising income. This deal isn’t already accepted hasn't been accepted yet, and they are busy with negotiation between currently negotiating with these two companies.
