Questionnaire Field research “Forgotten vegetables”

For my field research of the question “Is it possible to make the forgotten vegetables unforgotten?” have a made a questionnaire. This questionnaire has questions who have to help me with an analysis of the Dutch knowledge and opinion about the forgotten vegetables.

1)How often are you dining in a restaurant(snack bars, mac donalds etc. excluded)?
A less then one time per half a year
B one till 3 times per half a year
C once a month
D Twice a month or more times.

2)What kind of kitchen are you eating then?
A Chinese
B French
C International
D Dutch
E Greek
F Other kind of kitchen like.....

3)What kind of vegetables do you miss when you're dining in a restaurant?

4)Do you recognize some forgotten vegetables that stand on the following website http://www.vergeteneten.nl/plantenli...enlijst-A.html (please do not watch only the A-section but also the other characters)?
A yes (go to question 5)
B no (go to question 6)

5)How many of the vegetables do you recognize?

6)Do you think that those vegetables (standing on the website) would improve the taste of a dish (argument please)?

7)How would you react if you got some forgotten vegetables on your plate?
A I would eat it
B I would ask an explanation from the waiter/cook before I think about eating it
C I wouldn't touch it, because I don't know what it is

8)Does cooking with forgotten vegetables have a future in your opinion (argument please)?
