Eindejaarslijstjes 2008
 

goed, nog enkele weken en dan zit het jaar erop. iemand al nagedacht over de statistieken? verwachten we nog albums op komst die een kans maken hoog te scoren?zelf heb ik eigenlijk nog helemaal niet nagedacht over mijn lijst, dat zal voor later zijn. maar voel je vrij om jouw lijst alvast te posten. voor de duidelijkheid; we spreken hier dus over een top 10 van beste albums uit dit jaar. omdat ik niet oubollig wil zijn (en ook mijn toekomstige lijst in acht genomen) is het geen vereiste dat de albums dit jaar ook daadwerkelijk in europa zijn gedistribueerd. aanvullend commentaar wordt op prijs gesteld.

ik heb wel een idee maar ik moet nog een paar cds bestellen die dit jaar uitgekomen zijn en kans maken

Eerst maar weer eens kijken welke albums uit 2008 komen, vergeet ik altijd.

Mijn lijst is al voor een deel af, maar nog niet helemaal. Het was een erg goed jaar en ik heb meer nieuwe platen beluisterd dan alle voorgaande jaren. Maar nog steeds is er een flink aantal dat ik moet beluisteren. Heb nu zes albums die er sowieso inkomen, moeten er nog vier bij.

ik heb er minstens 12 die er wat mij betreft in kunnen

Ik kwam tot de ietwat schokkende ontdekking dat ik minstens honderdendrie albums uit 2008 in hun volledigheid beluisterd heb. Maar ik denk dat het in werkelijkheid tegen de tweehonderd ligt.

Je reinste piraterij !

Ik moet maar eens kijken wat er allemaal uit 2008 komt wat ik dit jaar luisterde. Vooral veel oude platen hebben mijn Ipod en Last.Fm gespekt.

Och. :D Ik vind het zelf een van de leukste releases van dit jaar. Naast het standaard werk staat er ook geweldig materiaal op dat een stuk minder bekend is en ook nog eens bijzonder lastig te verkrijgen is.

Ik vind het altijd erg moeilijk omdat ik een top 10 nogal veel vind, zeker in zo'n jaar als 2008 waarin er niet zo heel veel soeps is uitgebracht. Maar ik ga het wel doen want ik wilde altijd al een eigen lijstje in een muziekblad hebben en nu kan het voor Gonzo. (Y). Helaas blijken de albums die ik het beste vond eind 2007 uitgebracht te zijn ipv 2008 (zz).

elk jaar steekt dit topic weer de kop op en elk jaar loopt het redelijk tot 2,5 pagina waarna het voor altijd verdwijnt in de cache want na bijna drie pagina's gaan mensen zich realiseren dat ze het jaarlijstje van pete de pornkid en DanielC eigenlijk helemaal niet interessant vinden. en als ze dat wel vinden denken ze vast 'hoe lame ben ik? damn.' en stoppen er ook maar mee voordat het erger wordt

-MGMT - Oracular Spectacular (schijt aan die hype, ik dig het)

-Sigur Rós - Með suð í eyrum við spilum endalaust (erg geslaagd die nieuwe stijl)

-Kettel - Myam James Part 1 (beetje twijfelachtig nog, vond z'n oudere werk een stuk langer boeiend blijven maar toch best nice)

op de rest kom ik nog terug.

The Way Of All Flesh is idd ook wel tof, dat maakt dan 2 cds op een jaar :O

mooi, kan ik tenminste weer wat nieuws downloaden ;) ikk heb het afgelopen jaar echt onder een geluidsloze steen geleefd zie ik!

05 - Portishead - Third

The cinematic quality of their work remains, but despite Portishead's trick of sounding like they come from hellish '60s spy movie there are signs they've listened to what's been going on over the last few years. Ironically this often means that Third comes over as very post punk. Squelchy analogue synthesizers are a big, repetitive but almost totalitarian presence. 10 - Ratatat - LP3

Nee, komen van de pagina's die erachter gelinkt staan. Wel gezocht naar recensies waar ik het mee eens was, en daaruit de zinnen gekozen die het beste kort en bondig het album omschreven.

hmm ok:) nja ik kende het meeste nog niet maar #1,2,4,8 vind ik echt relaxt
