Death by a rope

Hanging from a rope,
Everyone laughs,waiting for me to fall,
I cough for air,
I try to speak anything at all.
These wretched face continue to laugh,
Others stare in utter pity,
My blood stained tears roll down my cheeks,
The cries of pain can be heard throughout the city.
I'm screaming for help,
The rope is pulled tighter,
My skin is turning pale,
And my weight is becoming lighter.
The rope's threads are slowly tearing,
Ripping,inch by inch,
I tremble inside knowing I'm coming to the end,
To see if I'm still real,I reach for my arm to pinch.
Alive as there ever was,
Wishing it would just end soon,
Closing my eyes,
So I don't have to see the faces croon.
My existance means nothing,
I'm just another addition to society,
"No, you're special" They say,
Why must everyone sit there and lie to me?
The end is just below,
They cut the rope with a dagger,
And in less than a second,
They will never again see me stagger.
Never see me cry,
Never see me sleep in my warm bed,
Never hear me complain,
y existance is gone..I'm dead.
