My Tears
 

My tears aren't pearls
Like others say theirs are
Mine are just made of salt water

Some say their tears have a meaning
Mine are just rolling down my face
Their only goal is to hit the ground

My tears don't mean anything if you don't notice them
Then they're just there
Rolling down my face and hitting the ground
And then I step outside
And pretend that nothing happened
