Not my words...

It looks like there is nothing,
the day's are shining bright.
All Darkness seems to be gone,
And also what's inside.

It seems there never was,
Any sadness, any pain.
It seems it is alright now,
but the words are not the same.

If I turn my head around,
you'll see tears I cried without you.
That's why I'm starring at the ground,
you'll never see that it's all about you.
And when they ask a give an answer,
wich I do not understand.
But mabey it's for the best.
Black is black and white is white.
And al colors turn to grey,
When I'm all alone at night.

Golden tears turn into silver,
white doors turn in to black.
If I said what's on my mind,
there is no story to compare.

And nobody will see at night,
what I see in my dreams.
And so I say it is ok,
But it's not my words that speak.

Mijn woorden niet...

Het lijkt alsof het niets is,
de dagen kleuren wit.
Het zwarte lijkt verdwenen,
en zo ook wat binnen zit.
Het lijkt alsof er nooit iets was,
Geen pijn en geen verdriet.
En het lijkt alsof het zo goed is,
maar dat zijn mijn woorden niet.

Als ik mijn hoofd omdraai zie je tranen,
Daarom staar ik naar de grond.
En als ze vragen geef ik een antwoord,
Dat ik zelf niet eens verstond.
misschien is het wel beter zo,
zwart is zwart en wit is wit.
En alle kleuren lijken grijs,
als ik in mijn eentje zit.

Gouden tranen worden zilver,
Witte deuren worden zwart.
Als ik vertel wat is gebeurd,
Is de verhaallijn te verward.
En niemand zal s' nachts zien,
wat ik in mijn dromen ziet.
En dus zeg ik dat het goed is,
maar dat zijn mijn woorden niet.
