Beer for Breakfast started about 9 months ago. They play hardcore-punk in the style of the SST-catalogue, but more harsh and hectic (so somewhere between dropdead and black flag). Beer for Breakfast try to find a good mix between punkmusic, fun and lefty-politics. Therefore shows are energetic, short and a bit bizarre, mixed with speeches in between the songs. They played some shows in Holland together with XBXRX and Bunnies on Strike, and did a 6-day mini tour through Germany, Denmark and Sweden in May together with Sayyadina and Second Thought (thanx guys!). There's a home-taped demo and WYP will release a split 7" with Bunnies on Strike very soon!
