Blue man

There's a blue man sitting at the bar
he has been to the bottom of it all
and ev'ry empty bottle reprecents
a long forgotten friend
there's a blue man sitting at the bar

and do you reconise
his empty, useless way of life
are you in the same fight he has been trough?
was he once you?

He has had so manny wifes
and he destroyed a thousend lifes
do you understand his sin
will you become him?

I can see it in both your eyes
the one thing that I most dispise
he has told the same damn lies as you do

Een suggestie. Gedicht vind ik wel leuk, weer eens wat anders. Het idee erachter, is dat het afwijzen van iemand?

niet het afwijzen
de angst, of eigenlijk de pijn van het ontdekken, dat nog iemand waar je van houd te zien veranderen in een miezerig hoopje dat niets meer heeft gedaan dan liegen en bedriegen...

natuurlijk zwaar overdreven, maar daar is het een gedicht (songtext eigenlijk) voor

Nooit toegeven dat je overdrijft. Alle dichters overdrijven, anders zijn ze saai. Er waren dichters, ik noem even Petrarca, die zijn hele leven spendeerde aan het aanbidden van ene dame Laura, maar ze kregen niets met elkaar. Zo gaat het verhaal, maar daar geloof ik niet in. Waar doe je het dan voor?
