Ik kan maar niet connecten bij CounterStrike

I've read about the whole forum, some read me files and asked around on several chatboxes I even mail sierra's technical support, but I have to wait on their answer, so I ask you guys.
I installed the retail CS CD and updated it to version 1.0.0.2
Then I ran the game succesfully and the training etc worked. But when I try to join an online game:

it counts down from 120 seconds aso
Initializing and downloading
Connected to server
And then there is a little bar that becomes orange (the game is loading or something)

But then the screan just goes off and it says:
Could not complete connection attempt

It also doesn't show any servers, even when I refresh the "list" it doesn't

When I have an IP adres I can find a server, but the comp won't connect to him

I ran the game with the explorer, but when I tried to do it with the rollmenu of start it didn't work either. I don't know what to do/try next

could any1 please help me??

hmz je hebt dit bericht zeker op een heleboel (Engelse) forums tegelijk gepost, zolang dit een NL forum is mag het best in het Nederlands de volgende keer...

maar goed,
als je een 'Could not complete connection attempt' krijgt moet je gewoon nog een keer naar de naar connecten dan doet ie het wel (heb ik ook zovaak) Of wil het dan nog niet lukken, probeer dan met eens Gamespy of Kali te connecten.

je moet ook op de update knop klikken http://forum.scholieren.com/tongue.gif
en kijk eens welke filters je allemaal aan hebt staan

t is nu gelukt het een andere oorzaak


ik had het spel geinstalleerd in mijn games map dat mag kennelijk niet je moet het spel installeren in de map die de installatie automatisch geeft

toen nog een paar kleine probleempjes maar daarvoor was ik ook wizz-kid genoeg http://forum.scholieren.com/biggrin.gif
