I watch with deadened eyes
As you kick her down
She's crying
Begging you to stop
I feel your punches
Your kicks
Like it was happening to me now
Instead of last year
I had gotten away
Moved in with a distant relative
Escaped you
From frying pan
Into fire
God if only what you did
Was the worse things done to me
I move in
All rage beaten into
Submission
Explodes out
I reach for you
You turn laughing
At your daily dose of abuse
You sneer as you recognize me
I remember that look
It use to give me nightmares
Now I laugh
You pale at the sinister sound
My fist connects with your jaw
You pale further under the blood
Stampering at my rage
A foot connects with your ribs
You cry out
Fearful of the death
You see in my eyes
I strike out again
Kick you
The head, ribs, face, groin
I tremble under the violence
Shaking
Forced to submit
He had me tied down
I collapsed into tears
The same moment
Someone grabs me from behind
Getting me off of you
I stare at your bleeding body
I see the damage that I did to you
I rejoice
Knowing you will never hurt anyone else again
I resent that it wasn't

I watch as an ambulence carries you away
Siren's silent
From the back of a police car.
It was worth it
Seeing you begging me
To stop
Maybe I will plead insane

oe! een nieuw lara-gedicht

ik vind em uiteraard weeres leuk
alleen jammer van die ambulance en die police car
ik hou gewoon meestal niet van gediggies die je in een bepaalde tijd kan plaatsen
