i always pictured myself going with the stream
facing the world was like conquering every day
a youthfilled heart pounds with so much strength
a youthfilled heart we can't perceive its ways

facing oppurtinities on every minute basis
when pressure builds up we wait for the burnout
or can we push the limits just a little further
can we force our minds into a youth once lost


when surviving becomes a lifestyle
carry on the flame cause it still lights up
you know giving up is not an option
carry on the flame that you once held up


i always pictured myself floating over skies
not knowing my senses were yet to be prepared
i still recall the open eye dreams i held on to
not knowing the smile on my face was but a test

i should take a minute to stare right through this
mistakes are a part of life so breath em in
a thousand wrong directions do i have to end it
wrong directions i hade to take to end in my throne

Ik vind eigenlijk vooral de titel erg mooi..

ik vind het echt een mooie tekst, vooral het chorus. voor de rest lopen de zinnen heel goed, en ik kan me echt voorstellen dat het gezongen word... super!
