As I turn out my nightlight
and sink my head into my pillow,
I begin to wonder

A smile appears briefly on my face
but soon enough the tears will follow,
it's all been a lie

You see, I'm not quite einstein, but then again
it doesn't take for him to notice,
what's going on here.

I noticed, words don't cover it anymore,
for the needs of your every wish,
that I try to grant.

Ik zeg er even bij, ik heb dit al bijna 4 maanden niet meer gedaan dus cut me some slack here!
Ik ben benieuwd!

Sorry, ten eerste vind ik dit niet zo goed lopen. Het leest vervelend, heb het gevoel dat de werkwoorden hier en daar niet kloppen. Verder vind ik het gebruik van Engels niet zo mooi hier, vaak te letterlijk vertaald... Je laatste paar gedichten die ik me kan herinneren was ik heel verbaast dat jij ze had geschreven, je Engels ging erg vooruit, dit is wat minder...

Leuk dat je weer terug bent...
