Nee hoor natuurlijk niet, maar ik ben ziek geweest en ik moet nu wat inhalen. Ik ben al niet goed in engels maar met jullie hulp probeer ik nu te begrijpen wat ik in die week heb gemist. Nu begrijp ik het beter als ik de juiste oplossingen voor me heb, hopelijk kan ik dan soortgelijke oefeningen op mijn examen juist invullen want daar moet ik het toch alleen kunnen nietwaar ? En mijn medestudenten hadden hun boek zelf nodig, dus die kon ik niet lenen.

Veer- c) I don't think it was going to rain ( of moet die 'was' eraf ) Bijna goed... maar nu zeg je eigenlijk: "Ik denk niet dat het ging regenen"... moet natuurlijk zijn "Ik dacht...". e) I don't expect to see you ... Nu zeg je: "Ik verwacht jou niet op dit feest te zien.". Dat moet eerder zijn: "I didn't expect to see you at this party" - "Ik had niet verwacht jou op dit feest te zien!" [maar ik zie je toch - snap je?]. j) I don't believe she get grade ... 't Moet verleden tijd zijn i.p.v. de tegenwoordige tijd die er nu staat. 't Vertaalt nl. naar "Ik geloof niet dat ze een 10 heeft gehaald voor al haar examens" - en die examens zijn dus al geweest. |
