starlight starbright , listen to me
of al the things I've wished for yet
I've never wished to be free
starlight starbright set me free
of all the things I've wishes for yet
this is all I really wanted to be

I’m searching for tomorrow
I can’t even find today
I wish I could just quit
Simply fly away

But where would I go
Does a place of happiness exist
Am I fooling myself
Blinding me with my own mist

Is it my fantasy, or hope unjustified
So naïve fighting a hopeless fight
A believer in a world where no one hears
Egoists all around, only shedding their own tears

I could never lie, I did that long enough
Looking past my looks, you’ll know I’m not that tough
I’m just a dreamer who searches happiness for once
I hope that fate ever gives me my chance
Been away for so long, but never left this place
Never being me, putting on a smiling face
Hoping to be liked, but not for me
Only for the show, I put up to see

I’m searching for tomorrow
I can’t even find today
I wish I could quit
Simply fly away

Reflections of a thousandth mirrors all around
Symbolic of the choices I never found
If leaving all behind for a better future I would
But in reality I know I never could
I’m just so damn insecure
The only thing of what I’m sure
I can’t wait forever for someone to take me by the hand
I’ll do it alone, my bitterness should end
