engels report nakijken?

Hey mensen!

Formal report on your search for activities

Introduction
This report consists a survey we have done for Zoe’s Hair Styling. Zoes’s Hair Styling is our new client and they want to celebrate their success with all members of staff.
They have asked us to organise a team outing for Sunday 13 June. The programme should include elements like relaxation, arts and culture and teambuilding.
In this report, we have drawn up a program for this day.

Findings
Teambuilding
The programme will start at nine o’clock am, with a teambuilding activity. The group has to solve a murder. They are confronted by members of the Russian secret service, the SMERSH. The general in front of them shoots himself, but the pistol is empty and he is dead. The teams will need all their investigative skills to solve this mystery.

Relaxation, and culture
At one o’clock they will go back to the Dolphin Square Hotel were they are having lunch. After one hour of full relaxation they are going to the Big Ben.
Big Ben is one of the most famous buildings in London with a great history. Besides it is a great sight for seeing some culture.
At half past two they are continuing their trip to the London Eye. They are having a great view of Britain’s capital city and they can take the most beautiful pictures.
Also, they are having a cup of coffee or thee.

Arts
Than, at four o’clock they are going to the Victoria and Albert museum. They are seeing some calligraphy and graffiti, stained glass and fibre glass, Medici and Gucci and fine arts.
At five o’clock pm. they are going back to their hotel.

Conclusion
The day starts at nine o’clock am. They are solving a murder. After the murder mystery they are going to the hotel for a lunch. When they are finished eating, they are going to the Big Ben and the London Eye.
After these cultural sights they will go to the Victoria and Albert museum. The day will end at five o’clock pm.

Recommendations
We will send an e-mail to Wild Events which organises the teambuilding activity. We will ask if they can send us some information about the available locations, lunch facilities and the price list.
When we have collected enough information, we will draw up our final program, including the costs. Then we will give a presentation to our colleagues.

Misschien dat mijn verbeteringen overbodig zijn, maar dit vond ik beter klinken..

Alles wat marlies zegt en dan nog een paar dingen;

je zegt erg vaak dingen als 'they are having...' dat lijkt me niet helemaal juist, aangezien ze het nog niet hebben op dit moment... 't is een planning voor een láter moment... dus 'they will have...'
