[laptop] presario 1245 + intern modem onder win2k
 

Hallo,

Ik heb een probleempje met een oude laptop, een compaq presario 1245, ik heb op deze laptop windows 2000 gezet en nu geeft het modem in apparaatbeheer de volgende error :

This device is disabled because the BIOS for the device did not give it any resources. (Code 29)

You must enable the device in the BIOS. See your hardware documentation for details, or contact your computer manufacturer to get an updated BIOS.



Volgens compaq: Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional and Microsoft Windows XP do not fully support Plug and Play capabilities on non-ACPI BIOS computers. Uit het verhaal kan ik opmaken dat het dus niet kan, zijn er hier ook mensen die het modem wel aan de praat hebben gekregen?

Wat voor systeem if die Compaq laptop? Geef eens specs.
