Licentie voor Windows Media Player 9

Als ik een licentie wil installeren vanaf een site, dan krijg ik de volgende melding:

Windows Media Player cannot play this file. Connect to the Internet or insert the removable media on which the file is located, and then try to play the file again.

Hoe komt dit en hoe kan ik ervoor zorgen dat ik die licentie wel kan installeren?

Microschoft is soms gewoon zo kut wat dat betreft..

WMP houd alles online bij wat je afspeelt en doet met je WMP (of je het nou ana of uit zet).

Wat wil je precies bereiken door een "licentie te installeren" ?

Heb je het hier over DRM-shit? (Digital Rights Management)

Inderdaad. Lijkt mij de doorslag om die nieuwe Windows Media Player helemaal niet te gebruiken, bah, corrupte zooi.
