Rroselicoeur ( postrock uit Frankrijk)
French band Rroselicoeur who can be seen as one of the leading bands from the French post-rock scene. Well, post-rock is the term that fits them best, but in no way we're dealing with Mogwaï or Labradford-wanna be's as therefore their music is to varied. They say it themselves that they are as much influenced by Serge Gainsbourg as they are by Slint. Every song has atmospheric pieces (that goes from jazzy-beats to quiet piano pieces) but it's like every song develops itself into a crescendo of guitar distortion (...not that it is ever too noisy or too messy).
