[shoutcast]lek bij sommige zenders?

Ik kwam er gister achter dat sommige shoutcasts gewoon met je browser de muziek wat ze uitzenden kan rippen. Nu is mijn vraag is dit wel de bedoeling? En daarnaast is dit wel legaal?
Het kan niet bij alle server, maar ik heb nu in ieder geval 1 hele bekende waar het wel kan.

hmm, zon vermoeden had ik al :p
mn 2de vraag dan, ik weet dat er programma's zijn die dit kunnen, maar dat het zo via je browser kan is in mijn ogen redelijk schrikbarend. Is dit wel de bedoeling?
