Piece of shit

Anti-heroes guard their walls
because their heroes have failed once more

They chose a side and fight
but don’t know where the border is

Knowledge is free
but they rather buy something fake

They spit out their lies
because they can’t swallow the truth

Ha, de laatste 2 regels zijn mooi. Voor een Engels gedicht is 't sowieso wel goed. Wat ik jammer vind, is de titel: deze past niet bij het gedicht, en 'tis nou ook niet echt poëtisch.

De titel was net de reden waarom ik op dit gedicht kwam.

Ik lees wat je wilt zeggen, maar toch vind ik het niet heel bijzonder; je vertel imo niets nieuws :o.

'Anti-heroes' vind ik trouwens erg goed gekozen, dat viel me meteen op.
