Why does the world make circles?
When it can stand still.
Why do people say they wont?
If you know they will.

Why do people think less?
When they want the most.
Why do people open their soul?
When it can be closed.

Why do people say they're good?
When you know they're bad.
Why do people try to be happy?
When you know they're feeling sad.

Why do angels fly in heaven?
When they can be on earth.
Why do people always die?
When there’s a thing like birth.

Why do people never have an answer?
When they want to know why.
Why do people try to smile?
When they actually want to cry.
