A dream

When I dream of you and me
We can talk, laugh, and we agree
That's the way I think it should be

And I lean against a fence,
while I wait for all my friends
And they point at a guy
And it appears to be you

You come over to me,
And start talking easily
As if we have been together for years...
And I wake up, crying tears..
Because I have to get out of bed
And realise it's her you love instead.
