For The Glory - European Takeover II

For The Glory was born in Lisbon circa August 2003, the whole idea behind the band was to build something solid and hard in the lines of the actual hardcore being made by bands like TERROR, NO WARNING, MADBALL, DEATH THREAT and the likes. After a couple of rehearsals a 5 song demo was recorded and self-released having a huge impact in the hardcore scene, kids went nuts, smashed theirselves during every single show and gave (still give!) their maximum support to the band. Around May 2004 they had four new songs ready and decided to release it as a MCD together with re-recorded versions of the Demo songs. 'Drown In Blood' saw the light of day through a cooperation between I Owe You Nothing Records and Raging Planet. The MCD got great reviews everywhere and to promote the release the band decided to do a small tour on countries like Germany, Holland and Belgium, none of this would be possible without the precious help from our friends No Turning Back. In June, For The Glory was invited to be one of the opening acts for Hatebreed in Lisbon and the happened with Madball a couple of months later. From these kids you can expect a whole stage set on fire.. no more, no less.

For The Glory will be on tour from January 13th till the 30th, the tour dates go as follows.

niet mijn sound gezien de bands waaraan ze refereren.
Maar ik kan het eens een kans geven.
