[BIO] Is PFK-1 hetzelfde als Hexokinase?

Ik had een YT filmpje gevonden over Glycolyse

Working with PFK-1 to take us past stage one

Ik snap alleen het tweede couplet niet, ik kan nergens in de BINAS FBPase (Fructose-1 6-biphosphatase?) vinden (tabel 68B, Energiewinst).

Op wikipedia staat dat FBPase precies het omgekeerde proces is van PFK-1. Maar PFK-2 is het proces dat energie oplevert, dus dan zou FBPase hetzelfde zijn als PFK-2

En ik zie ook nergens insuline staan.

Ik snap de laatste twee zinnen ook niet, slaat dit op het eerste deel van glycolyse (energieverlies), of gebeurt dit in het tweede deel (energiewinst).

(energieverlies is PFK-1 en energiewinst PFK-2 toch? Dus na PFK-1 heb je 2 ATP omgezet in ADP en na PFK-2 weer 4 ADP omgezet in ATP?)

PFK-1 is een synoniem voor fosfofructokinase. Zie voor glucagon http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glucagon
