Ice flower
You thought of it tonight.
Cutting in your arm.
You didn’t feel so right.
Your own blood that makes you warm.
A snowdrop in the rain.
In an icy breeze.
Feeling like a bane.
Cold as northern seas.
An ice-fern in a room.
Eyes who’re facing down.
Skies who’re turning gloom.
Never wanted to wear that crown.
You’re chalking on the stone.
Your troubles and your needs.
Freezing to the bone.
Your fear is what it feeds.
No shelter of a church.
With its snow-capped walls.
Spring eventually emerge.
When the snow no longer falls.
( Hidden Poem )
MeniaL
Life is as heavy as my eyes.
All I tell is them lies.
Saying : “I’m fine.”
But that’s no feeling of mine.
Not sure what I’ll provoke.
Where’s the soft cloud of smoke?
It’s gone in my dreams.
Can’t figure it out what it means.
Images that are fading away.
The dark layer of the day.
Becoming a true regicide.
Only at my own side.
Friendships who’re ending.
Not strong enough for standing.
Like the sadness of a bereavement.
You’ll never know where it’ll be send.
Love that dies on a tearstained face.
Inner angel that cries on a frozen place.
A dry tear cannot be felt.
Does not reveal herself, cannot be held.
All those things I’ll keep stash.
Flushing it down like old trash.
Down to deepest chilblained part,
of a warm soul, to be tart.
-And With Our Own Justice, We Shall Destroy Each Other-
