[VirtualDub] Audioprobleem

Ik wil een filmpie verkleinen, maar als ik et origineel open in VD, krijg ik et volgende bericht:
VirtualDub has detected an unproper VBR audio encoding in the source AVI file and will rewrite the audio header with standard CBR values during processing for better compability. This may introduce a 26035 ms of skew from the video stream. If this is unacceptable, decompress the *entire* audio stream to an uncompressed WAV file, and recompress it with a standard bitrate encoder. (bitrate: 78.6 +- 16.6 kbps)

Ik weet alleen niet hoe ik dit moet doen...iemand een idee?
