HWM broke up (sort of)

So, as many of you may have heard, Hot Water Music has entered a state of-- for lack of better terminology--extremely deep hibernation. We have no foreseeable future plans to write, tour, or record together. That said, we are still releasing the previously mentioned singles compilation on No Idea fairly soon, but don't get your hopes for anything else; it's just not going to happen. Now, on to a much more exciting subject...

THE DRAFT...

Again, many of you may have already heard that Chris, George, and myself have started a new band called The Draft. This is not a side project, this is our band. The record should see the light of day sometime in early '06. Aside from being holed up in the studio making some magic happen, we'll be spending the time leading up to the release of the record playing as many shows as we can and honing our plans for world domination. We've posted some early demo versions of a few tunes on our Myspace and Purevolume pages which can be found at www.myspace.com/thedraftmusic, and www.purevolume.com/thedraftfl, respectively.

Thanks to all of you for your support over the last years and thanks in advance for your continued support. We do not plan to disappoint any of you.

anyway, wat een klotezooi.. hot water music was een godse goeie band en the new what next was ook gewoon weer briljant, ookal was ie wat anders
