Piper, Phoebe and Paige are in deep water when Mylie, a Mermaid-turned-human, shows up looking for their help after a pact she made with an evil Sea Hag begins to go drastically wrong. She gets a chance to go up on land and find true love, and if she succeeds, can stay a human. But if she fails, she must give her immortal life force to the Hag.

Meanwhile, Phoebe tries to push through her divorce, it's difficult because he's not around to sign any papers, Paige manages to turn her hair red when one of her spells goes wrong, while balancing her new position as a full fledged Social Worker, and Piper must protect her unborn child and face her fear of water after their mother's death and suffers an attack of panic in order to help the innocent, Mylie.
