Nominal effective exchange rate

Ik moet de nominal effective exchange rate uitrekenen, maar ik heb geen flauw idee hoe ik dat moet doen . Ik beschik over de volgende gegevens:

In year t the euro depreciated by 5% on average against the currencies of the EMU's trading partners. In that year inflation in the EMU amounted to 3.5% whereas inflation for the trading partners averagged 0.7%.

Calculate the nominal effective exchange rate of the euro at the end of the year t, and calcuate the real effective exchange rate of the euro at the end of year t.
