ANTILLECTUAL News Letter August 2008: Tour and new tours

After having a relatively easy summer period we are planning a busy as hell fall period, starting in September. The last couple of months we had amazing shows culminated by the show we did together with Propagandhi. In the fall we will be heading out to Belgium, France, Italy, Slovenia, Austria, Germany and the United States of America again. And more. On top of that we will release an old record. Please read on below.

Euro tour in September with Jena Berlin
We are about to embark on another Transatlantic tour, where we switch tours with a band on the other side of the Atlantic. This time it’s Jena Berlin (www.myspace.com/jenaberlin) who will join us in Europe.
Unfortunately, we’re still looking for some dates. Obviously, any help would be appreciated. Hope to see you somewhere on the road.

Re-release “SILENCING CIVILIZATION” and new merchandise
On a bit more release related news: our debut full length “Silencing Civilization” will be re-released since the pressing on Angry Youth Records (www.angryyouth.nl) is completely sold out. The album will be re-released through Shield Recordings (www.shieldrecordings.com) on both CD and LP, on vinyl for the first time. This release will be a remastered version, done by Nico van Montfort who also produced our last album “Testimony”. The sound quality has been raised enormously, we must add. Release date is expected early October.
Also, since we will be on the road quite a while, we have some new merchandise. Including, zippers, hoodies, t-shirts and girlies in sizes XL-S. Check www.antillectual.com/merch for details and ordering info. Still in: album + shirt = 15 euro.
