[Ping]- Strange Problem

A week ago, I had played Unreal Tournament. My ping was by the 170 a 120. I Have a 28.8 k modem, but the problem is now is my ping always at the 400 a 800. It's really strange. I Played by 62.24.64.11:22222 it is playable on 300 ping. When i'm in traffic than my ping gets higher and higher espescially on DM-Liandri map with 8 people. I try'd put another modem from the same model but the problem keeps on.

Can someone plz help or had someone the same problem and fix it Up?

Dat is jouw verhaal niet, en jij hebt niet zo'n modem. Zit ons niet voor de gek te houden, ik ben echt niet achterlijk.
