An other day

Eyes watching from behind
prying in the lonely night
I know they're there
but I won't say
I'll just wait an other day
'cause then they'll come
and rescue me
from the eyes that I don't see
I know they'll come, I know they will
'cause I know that they love me still
but not today, today they can't
so I'll just wait in lonely land
I know they promised, come what may
so I'll just wait an other day


Is niet een heel sterk gedicht, maar ik wou ff weten wat jullie er van vinden..

Volgens mij moet prying - > praying zijn want pry betekent:

to move, lift, open, or otherwise force with something that acts as a lever

(geen EN-NE woordenboek bij de hand)

'but not today....' daar staat ergens een typfoutje...

'I know they promised come what may' grammatica in die zin klopt niet helemaal.... geloof ik

Is idd geen slecht gedicht, je kunt er nog wat dingetjes aan veranderen enzo, maar zeker leuk om te lezen!

to Pry betekend loeren.. gluren zoiets ten minste dat stond in mijn woordenboek en dacht ik ook uit mezelf... dus ogen die de eenzame nacht in loeren.. snappie..

Ik heb nu een komma tussen I know they promised come what may... want het gaat er om dat zij hebben beleoofd.. come what may.. snappie..
