The Last Dance

I take your hand for the last time
And you'll twist and twirl in my arms
The last steps in the glittery ball-room
In our dream of this eternal love

When the last steps fade to the floor
And the sounds dissolve into the sky
The last time we're gliding through the room
And we fade to the wall

Chained in the last dream we shared
Our last meeting before the curtain will fall
The blood of the damage we
Unconsciously did to others

Innoscense killed by the clutch of revenge
Your hand slipped out of mine
We will swoon and go away
Fading into ashes, choking in sand

A last eye-contact
Your warm breath touches my face
I sense a train coming
The final curtain came down
This is where our last dance ends
