I've wached an episode of startrek the voyager. I've seen it at the 25th of September 2003 at the channel Nederland 3. Before that, I'd written down, what I thought, the most importants characteristics of SiFi are:
-Special effects -women who are fixed -a better world
-robots -a lot of machinery - a lot of metal colours

The 5 WH-questions:

The summary of the programme:
There's happended a disaster on the spacecraft Voyager. The crew's been kidnapped by officers from the planet Energy. There they had a shortage of employees. Some dockters from this planet have done something with the brains from the Voyager-crew, so they couldn't remember who they realy were. The officers had devised that their employees better work without known their backgrounds.
Three crewmembers from the Voyager knew to conceal themselves on the spacecraft and have tryed to get their crewmembers back. Two of the three went to Energy. There they have taken one of their members. While that happened, some others knew again that they have had an other live. This people have agreed upon a secret place. They have cooperated to take away the protect layer round Energy. When this succeeded, the man on Voyager could take all the members back. On the spaceship all members got their memory back, with the help of a medical machine.

My oppinion:
Before I'd seen the episode of startrek, I could tell you that I really don't like Science fiction. And now, after wachting it, my oppinion is still the same. Why do we look at something that never shall happen? I just don't understand. I don't like movies or anything else that is ground on SciFi. I think it is worthless and totally unfascinating.

I watched an episode of "Star Trek: The Voyager". It was broadcast on Nederland 3, on the 25th of September 2003. Before watching it, I wrote down the most important features of SciFi:

Helemaal eens met The Ox, afgezien van drie hele kleine dingetjes die hij over het hoofd heeft gezien:

A summary of the show:
A disaster happened onboard the starship Voyager. The crew's been kidnapped by aliens from the planet Quarra, where they've got a labour shortage.
Some docters from this planet have done something to the brains of Voyagers crew, so that they wouldn't remember who they really were.
The officers had devised that their labourers work better without knowing of their past.
Three crewmembers of Voyager know how to conceal themselves and try to get their fellow crewmates back.
Two of the three went to Quarra. On Quarra, they take one of their crew back. Whilst this happened, some others started to remember their normal lives.
The Voyager crew coöperates to take out the energy shield protecting Quarra. As this succeeds, the Emergency Command Hologram has ensign Kim transport the entire crew back to Voyager.
Due to the efforts of "the Docter" the crew's memories are swiftly restored.

My opinion:
Before I'd seen this Star Trek episode, I would've told you that I don't like science fiction. This opinion hasn't changed during or after the show.
Why are we watching something which will never hapen?
I do not like movies or anything else, for that matter, which is based on SciFi. I think it's worthless and completely boring.

ehm, nee er staan geen fouten tussen, hooguit paar tikfouten.
die van jou is lekker: metal colours=metaalkleuren. Das dus niet wat er bedoeld wordt. Wat er bedoeld wordt is metaalachtige kleuren, is een verschilletje.
Inhoudelijk klopte er niet veel van haar verhaal dus ook dat heb ik maar aangepast. Wijs me op mijn fouten via een pm, dan kan ik erover discussiëren met je.
Samentrekkingen mag je rustig gebruiken in een schrijfsel, je mag ze echter niet aan het begin van een zin gebruiken.
