Devoid of Love
the night falls with a silent sigh, entwined are we.
the light for which you pray
flares once, then dies,
crushed by a velvet ebon nothingness.
all hope must not endure.
your passion throbs no more.
how could you abandon me?
our dark emotions surround us, crying,
we are fallen.

A God that is Yours
Slender beams of accusation enter
this darkened church as I kneel,
always a slave, always supplicating,
frozen here,
waiting.
Angelic forms wrought in panes of glass loom as
dust dances in the air,
forming an image in my mind,
sparing not my secret flesh.
Terror on a clock's face.
I raise my head, now crying out for
this aloof Heaven.
--------------
just another dang vampire wannabe
It is a night of ethereal pain, a song of subtlety,
wolves vent their howls. The thirsting one
stirs.
Curling, icy wisps of death shrouds her gaunt form,
a lurking wrath.
Her raven hair cascades over
fragile milk-white shoulders, and her
full really very deeply crimson lips part slightly, to taste the
red tears streaming from the
pale flesh beneath
her.
Now a night of ecstasy,
I smile vaguely.
----------------------
hatred desire
I am chained here, shying from pain:
finding my way through this dusty void,
heart so bleak and torn.
this desire so severed,
a surreal abyss,
forgotten;
yet I wish for
your touch so frail.
