Ik moest een samenvatting maken van een tekst voor school over het bid van Microsoft op Yahoo. Zou iemand mijn tekstje willen nakijken want ben niet echt schitterend in engels.

The rejection of Yahoo of the bid of Microsoft is not a big surprise because Yahoo wants a higher bid for the company. Yahoo found that the bid undervalue the company and will reject all bids under 40 $ per stock.Yahoo starts now witch research and evaluation off the internet to check witch options they have to evolve in de internet industry and how they can survive all alone.

When they not take the offer from Microsoft they haven’t the opportunity to compete the competition witch Google because they have not the same capital and talent to develop new features and new good marketing products. It like to seem that Microsoft would take Yahoo over to concurrent other company’s with online advertention and other features.
To survive Yahoo will maybe take a partnership with Google or AOL and when this action is complete this is also a great opportunity for Google to become bigger then Microsoft.

To the latest rumours Yahoo is trying to become a deal with News Corp. The company will investate money in Yahoo and would link Myspace and Americanidol.com to Yahoo to raise their online adverting income. This deal isn’t already accepted and they are busy with negotiation between these two companies.
