ANTILLECTUAL News Letter October 2008: USA tour and album re-release

This will be our last message before we leave on our third USA tour. We can’t tell you how excited we are! Last September we had an amazing tour with Jena Berlin through Europe. Thanks to everyone that came out and made it awesome. Check our website for tour reports in words and pictures. Read on below to get down with what’s up.

USA tour in October and November with One Win Choice
We are about to embark on the second part of our second Transatlantic tour. One Win Choice from New Jersey will be our partner in crime touring up and down the East Coast. The tour is more or less fully booked, with only a couple off days left to book. Feel free to jump in. This tour will include playing on this years FEST in Gainesville, FL. Check their site to see the best line up (250+ bands!) one can ever get on a 3 day festival: www.thefestfl.com. We will also play a club show in Philadelphia with A Wilhelm Scream, play ABC No Rio again with Bridge and Tunnel and join Static Radio for some shows. Like during previous tours we will shoot a video diary. It will be published on Spinner (http://nl.spinner.com) and updated frequently. Photos and written reports will appear on our website during the tour (www.antillectual.com).

Re-release “Silencing Civilization” arrived
The re-release of our debut full length “Silencing Civilization” has arrived! Both vinyl (white) and jewel case CD (silver) are in. The album is re-released through Shield Recordings (www.shieldrecordings.com). This release is a re-mastered version, done by Nico van Montfort who also produced our last album “Testimony”. The new release costs 10 euros, if you order it together with our new album or a shirt it will cost you 15 euro together. Check www.antillectual.com/merch for details and ordering info.
