We hadden een strategisch plan gemaakt, nu moeten we `t gaan presenteren.
Maar ik weet niet of ik hem goed vertaald heb. Ook weet ik niet zeker of `t een goed begin is voor de presentatie. Is `t een goed begin?

C___ is live and construction company. C___ started in 1990, as timber trade, later the company added kitchens to the offer and for 2 years bathrooms have also belonged up to the assortment of C___. C___ have a broad assortment and provide to many assignees and have much private as a customer. The customers come from different region: such as Amsterdam and Amstelveen. C___ are especially active in a high segment of the market. C___ sells especially more expensive kitchens, therefore the company ordered more quality than most of the competitors do.

The aim of this Strategic management planning is to give policy options to C___. The options give the possibility to C___ to improving the organisation.

The problem proposition for C___ sound as follows:

The changing wishes in kitchen - and construction branches. The needs change always of the consumers, construction companies and individuals. This is a problem on which C____ must anticipate.
C___ must discern of the competition in the market. Because there are a lot of companies of this branche. Also there comes many competitors on the market every time.
Suppliers come always with new products on the market. C____ must anticipate on this.

At the end of this presentation we answer the next head question: On which manner can C____ optimally anticipate on the changed wishes in the kitchen - living, - and construction sector and developments in this branches.
How ____ can discern the best of the competition.

Ik neem aan dat je minstens op het MBO zit aangezien je met SWOT analyses aan de gang gaat.
Je Engels is zo te zien niet al te best maar hopelijk kan ik je een stukje op weg helpen.
Ik heb een stuk gelezen en genoteerd wat ik zelf zou veranderen. Misschien dat ik straks de rest nog even doorlees

Alvast een klein stukje van de 1ste en een deel van de 2e alinea:

Ik zou hierna zeggen: "and for about 2 years now, bathrooms are also part of the assortment. (of iets in die richting)

Het begin is wel redelijk in orde maar je zou eventueel nog kunnen aangeven hoe lang de presentatie gaat duren en dat er vragen gesteld mogen worden indien nodig.

Wat je met de zin die begint op regel 3 alinea 2 wilt zeggen snap ik niet maar ik zou er zoiets van maken:

"C___ HAS a broad assortment which makes it possible to provide their products to many of their assignees(?? niet customers?)."

private? Bedoel je privacy?.

from different region. Ik neem aan dat je meervoud bedoelt, dus moet het volgens mij regions zijn.

De zin "C___ sells especially more expensive kitchens, therefore the company ordered more quality than most of the competitors do."
vind ik zelf absoluut niet klinken. Ik zou er zoiets van maken:

"C___ sells especially more expensive kitchens, therefore the company (ordered?, ik zou provides nemen), (more quality?, bedoel je meer kwaliteit of betere kwaliteit?)."


The aim of this Strategic management planning is to give policy options to C___. The options give the possibility to C___ to improving the organisation.

Ik vind 'aim' vreemd klinken, meestal zegt men purpose of objective of intention.
Verder zou ik "The options" veranderen in "these options" aangezien je refereert naar options uit de vorige zin.
Ik zou overigens de hele zin veranderen. Je wilt zeggen "deze mogelijkheden maken het mogelijk voor C__ om de organisatie te verbeteren (of zoiets).
Dat zou ik vertalen naar "these options make it possible for C__ to improve their organisation.".

En nu zit ik pas op de helft!.. Ik zou het nog eens goed nalezen.

Aangezien er nog veel meer fouten te zien zijn verderop ben ik niet van plan om alles te veranderen voor je..

Als ik even snel kijk die ik nog wel het volgende:

the needs change always --> the needs of the customer (of customers need) always change.

Because there are a lot of companies of this branche. --> is het niet,, in this branche?

Also there comes many competitors on the market every time -->

Suppliers come always with new products on the market --> always come.

At the end of this presentation we answer the next head question: --> we will

Heb je toevallig de Nederlandse tekst ook? Dan is het gemakkelijker om te zijn of bepaalde woorden/zinnen kloppen. Ook als je C___ als eigen bedrijf ofzo moet bekijken dan stat i.p.v. C__ We sterker. Dan vertel je vanuit jezelf wat het ook makkelijker maakt.

In ieder geval hoe ik denk dat het beter is: (geen 100% garantie )

The problem proposition (probleemvoorstel?) for C___ are as follows:

The kitchen - and construction branches needs change because of the always changing wishes of the consumers, construction companies and individuals. This is a problem on which C____ must anticipate.

C___ must discern itself from the other competititors in the market because (there are a lot of / of the large number) companies in this branche.Every day the number of competitors increaces on this market. Also suppliers always develop new products for the market, C____ must anticipate on this.

At the end of our presentation we will answer the following (teminste next heeft volgensmij een andere volgende als betekenis) head question: On which manner C____ can optimally anticipate on the changed wishes in the kitchen - living, - and construction sector and how are the developments in this branches. (ik weet niet precies wat je hier wilt zeggen)
On which way ____ can discern itself the best from the other competitors in the branche.

C__ is een woon en bouwbedrijf.. C___ begon in 1990 als houthandel, voegde later keukens aan het aanbod toe en sinds 2 jaar behoren badkamers ook tot het assortiment van C_. C_ heeft een breed assortiment en levert aan veel aannemers en heeft veel particuliere als klant. De klanten komen uit een behoorlijke regio: zoals Amsterdam, Amstelveen. C_ is vooral actief in een hoog segment van de markt. C_ verkoopt vooral duurdere keukens, er wordt dus meer kwaliteit geboden dan de meeste concurrenten doen.

Het strategisch plan is bedoeld om beleidopties aan C__ te geven. Deze opties geven C__ de mogelijkheid de organisatie te verbeteren.

De probleemstellingen voor C__ luiden als volgt:

 De veranderende wensen in de bouw- , keuken- en bouwbranche. De behoeften van de afnemers, te weten bouwbedrijven en particulieren, veranderen steeds. Dit is een probleem waarop C__ moet inspelen.
 Zich onderscheiden van de concurrentie in de markt. Dit probleem doet zich voor doordat er telkens nieuwe concurrenten tot de markt toetreden. C__ moet zich hiervan onderscheiden.
 Ontwikkelingen in de markt waarop C__ actief is. Leveranciers komen steeds met nieuwe producten op de markt. C__ moet hierop inspelen.

Aan het eind van het Strategisch plan geven we antwoord op de volgende hoofdvraag:

Op welke manier kan C__ optimaal inspelen op de veranderde wensen in de keuken-, woon- en bouwsector en ontwikkelingen in deze branche en hoe kan C___ zich het beste onderscheiden van de concurrentie.
