CRUCIAL ATTACK RECORDS: CIVIL TERROR, TENEMENT KIDS AND RUSH & ATTACK

After doing the distro and Not Just Words Records for some time, it looked like a great idea to Ronald and me to also do something to help new bands on a sublabel simply called Crucial Attack Records. And we're proud to announce that the first release will be the destined to become legendary Civil Terror - Rising EP.

Civil Terror has only one motto and that is: ‘Put your pedal to the metal’, resulting in fast, raging terror not unlike Infest, SSD or Judas Priest. Since their demo sold out ages ago and the band got sick of dubbing tapes, it was time to release all 10 songs on vinyl. The songs have been mostly re-recorded, mixed and mastered so on the whole it should sound even better than the incredible demo.
The EP will be out on October 10, but you can already pre-order it on the Crucial Attack website.

Later this year Crucial Attack Records will release a MCD by Tenement Kids. And you bet we're stoked on that one! If you haven’t heard of Tenement Kids yet, they play melodic, but still raw punkrock influenced by bands like Husked Du, Hot Water Music and Fugazi. Tenement Kids will record 6 songs for this MCD that will be released in December. Meanwhile pick up their demo that’s coming out on cassette soon on Pressure Release Records.

And if that wasn't enough there's also coming a demo from Rush & Attack. A new band from Freezeland (The Netherlands), with a crazy ADD singer that lacks ritalin and a drummer they stole from ZZ Top, Rush & Attack will make you go berserk. Imagine a mix between Black Flag, Descendents, Bad Brains and a little Bones Brigade and this is what you get. More details will be announced soon!
