Parasite and Butterfly
Two glittery butterflies dance under the moon
Twirling up in a glistening spiral
Sprankling drops of euphoria over the forest
Enlighting eachothers faces with sparkles of hope
A dark dragon flew over and covered the woods in darkness
The butterflies are flying up, escaping the dominating death-shadow
Leaving the dragon to die in it's flames
He's grasping for what he once had
When he finally opened his enchanting eyes
But will he ever open up
So the rotten flower he is can bloom at last
Or will he keep himself safe under the ground
Protected by the warm black soil
No matter how hard a precious butterfly
Can try to resist and erase the image
Never will she be able to completely fade away the past
It leaves it's trace inside her mind, her heart, her soul
A little fire that's feeded in every helpless moment
Slowly destroying everything inside
With knifes of disrespect, glass pieces of despise
Cutting their wings off, making them fall
A puddle of mud is moving, somethings growing underneath
Two blackened butterflies dance under the stars
Twirling up in a blooded spiral
A blot on their soul makes them remind all the scars
A permanent onconscious thought playing with their mind
What if they are nothing and you are everything
Never will anybody see the magic of nothing special
The dragon is slowly burning, rotting for his sins
While there is something else out there
A little parasite, sucking away all blood in those
Who don't seem to care at all
What would it feel like to be tiny and grey
Where did the little bug come from
I can't think while it's buzzing in my ear, just shut up
And let us all die
Cuz isn't that what we live for, so we can die happily ever after?
Tiny bug, just stop buzzing, stop it
I didn't knew that it crawled into my life untill it went away
Then I felt the silence of the emptiness
The hole it left, now I fill it up with happiness
But still I feel it eating me
Butterflies, butterflies
Don't see what just one little parasite can cause
