this feeling I’m ashamed of and I can no longer share.
As I shove the curtains aside, slowly look around the corner,
but still my dreams are mistaken, you were never there.

Can you mistake me for ever having to hope,
if I never could have felt what it was like.

I struck every single sign with a strike.
