Wie wil het onderstaande stukje text voor mij vertalen?
De meest dingen weet ik wel, maar ik kom er toch niet helemaal uit.

By outsourcing their manufacturing, OEMs were able to achieve faster access to the global marketplace, more effective asset utilization and the ability to leverage state-of-the-art process technologies.

Originally, Solectron focused on developing improved assembly capabilities and investing in automation and state-of-the-art process technologies. Once a strong foundation was established, the company rapidly expanded further into the Americas as well as Asia/Pacific and Europe.

Over the last 24 years, Solectron has received more than 400 customer, quality and community awards. In 1989, Solectron adopted the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award criteria as the foundation for its business and leadership system. Solectron is the first company to win the Baldrige Award for Manufacturing twice in the history of the national program.

De opkomst van de zonne-energie midden jaren 70 was van grote invloed voor de naam (ontstaan?) van het nieuwe bedrijf Solectron. Een combinatie van Solar en Elektriciteit. Sonetron is trouwens een van de eerste die een elektronisch besturingssysteem voor zonne-energie materiaal bedacht. Het bedrijf groeide snel door het aanbieden van (circuit board assembly services) aan de vele elektriciteit bedrijven die waren gevestigd in de Silicon Valley in California.

als ik jou was zou ik ff naar www.systranet.com gaan. Daar kun je alles leten vertalen, soms klopt het niet helemaal ,maar je kunt er dan prima uitkomen

Wie kan dit stuk ff vertalen, ik kom er echt niet uit.

Jij bent wel écht dom als je 16 bent en dit niet kan lezen. Sorry voor zo'n opmerking, maar deze tekst kon ik al wel lezen toen ik 12 was... Lijkt me een tekst voor VWO1 of MAVO2 ofzo...

Solectron is opgericht om te profiteren van de mogelijkheden die de groeiende markt voor elektronische fabrikanten biedt.
De omzet van Solectron steeg gestaag toen de leidende OEMs (?) steeds meer van hun productietaken uitbesteedden. Deze strategie stelde de OEMs (?) in staat om zich meer op hun basis te richten, zoals R&D (?), sales en marketing. Door hun productie uit te besteden waren de OEMs beter in staat sneller toegang tot de wereldmarkten te verkrijgen, meer effectief gebruik van de middelen, en de mogelijkheid om meer gebruik van moderne technieken te gebruiken.

Klopt misschien niet helemaal, maar EN-NE vertalen is lastig. Begrijpen is veel makkelijker, althans, dat vind ik.
Ik kan álles gewoon lezen en begrijpen in het Engels, even goed als Nederlands, maar vertalen, dat is een heel ander verhaal. Al is NE-EN vertalen makkelijker dan EN-NE.

Ik begreep de text wel, maar om hem op papier te zetten kreeg ik er nogal kromme zinnen uit.
En idd, Engels is mijn slechtste vak.
