virus gevonden bij hotmail

ik kreeg een mail van een onbekend persoon, en in de content staat:

"Word heeft extra sjablonen waarmee u meer pagina's kunt maken. Als u koppelingen
naar andere pagina's wilt maken, selecteert u tekst en klikt u op Hyperlink in
het menu Invoegen."

toen ik toch op de download klikte omdat ik verwachtte dat het om een virus ging, kwam er dit te staan:


wat voor virus is het dan precies?
ik heb wel het ipnummer nu van die jongen die zichzelf "michiel" noemt, de mail is verstuurd met hetnet.
kan ik nu iets doen nou ik zijn ip-nummer heb of kan ik het beste gewoon de mail deleten en verder internetten......

mja, das een beetje domme opmerking. gewoon een goede up-to-date virusscanner, een hd image en wat backups hebben.

Dat staat er. W32/Magistr.b@MM. Is een bekend virus in ieder geval.

Mail die persoon ff dat 'ie virussen mailt. En gooi, als hij geen bekende is, z'n adres in je blocklist.

The email message it sends has randomly generated subject, and body text. These fields are generated from the contents of document and text files found on the user's computer. As a result they may contain confidential information. The virus sends itself as an email attachment. The name of the attached file is either the original name of the infected file or a randomly generated name. It uses one of the following extensions: COM, BAT, PIF and EXE. Sometimes it also attaches additional gif, doc or txt files to the email. It infects Windows EXE and SCR files on the local machine and in the local network. It deletes all *.NTZ files during searching for files.
